Subject: for the ages
This is the "way death kill" show post 5/77 or even 1973.
Cold Rain, Terrapin and Morning Dew smolder.

Subject: Jerry Finds Love
My friend i met at Wal-Mart was at this show and he told me about it. I was amazed at some of the stories he told me. Espically when he told me that Jerry and Mountain Girl got married at this show. Unreal! The Dead were known for their New Years shows. It was almost one of the Grateful Dead Traditions as the years went on. I just wish i was born during this time period to witness something that i will never get the chance to. These shows and even just a random Dead concert was a great time for everyone. The humanity that these people had, and the generousity that was around during this time, blows me away, espically with the world comming to a end, its hard to believe that people even acted that way. Oh and the free breakfast the Uncle Bo Bo gave to everybody after these New Years shows blows me away. Brings a tear to me eye just thinking about it.
Have a Grateful Dead
peace and love

Never heard this aud. Its kinda fun to hear, The soundboard of this show still retains top seed by a sizable margin. However, I am partial to great quality auds over soundboards and while this one isn't great quality it brings a different dimension to a night I remember remarkably well. If you want the audience dimension....here it is. The show...as we will all agree was a blistering 5 and this recording is a 3 with a good deal of nostalgia for those who were fortunate enough.
